1. Copyright- It belongs to that person and no one else can claim because it's already yours by law.
2. Fair Use-You can use it but no for long, like there's a limit of the portion you want to use.
3. First Sale Doctrine- You could use someone's work once its sold to you, and you purchased it, they have control now. Once its yours you could do whatever with it.
4. Intellectual Property- If you just imagine it, then you can't copyright it.
5. Patent- If you have a new invention then you take it to a patent officer, you could use it for a limited time and if you want more time you can ask for an extension.
6. Permission- Someone telling you that you can borrow it.
7. Phonorecords-Something is available in a digital way.
8. Plagiarism- You copy someone else's work word per word, its exactly the same.
9. Public Domain- When someone creates something and then it expires then its now open for the public.
10. Trademark- A symbol or slogan representing that its yours.
